Amiri Capital is a London-based real estate investment manager and adviser with a strong track record of delivering returns for investors from a broad section of real estate sectors in the UK and Continental Europe. Regulated and authorised by the FCA, since its foundation, Amiri has executed over £1.5bn of real estate transactions on behalf of major global investment houses including sovereign wealth funds, institutions and family offices, mainly from Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
From its inception, Amiri has always retained a flexible investment focus which is able to adapt as real estate market cycles have evolved. Whilst its core competencies of private equity investment into pan-European commercial and residential sectors are ever-present, sectors such as student accommodation have become a business focus for Amiri especially as a strong defensive play, as has its capability in the hospitality sector. In addition, Amiri is considering expanding beyond private equity into public markets.
By combining our bespoke, client-focused approach and innovative thinking we identify strategic real asset investment opportunities and match them to client’s specific investment objectives.
The strong relationships that we hold across the investment community provide us with deep market access into UK and European real estate.
Through every aspect of an investment we strive always to act with integrity and in the best interests of our clients. If we believe an investment is unsuited to a client’s particular investment profile we will advise accordingly.
Over the last seven years, Amiri has invested over £1.5bn in UK real estate, delivering excellent returns for both its yield and capital return focused investors, with Amiri able to invest alongside its clients on transactions.
